Lauren worked with our dog Louie for over a year and we had a fantastic experience! Lauren is R+ and really has a way with dogs - she did a great job working with Louie, who has mild to moderate reactivity, on every walk to improve his confidence, playing many brain games, and using her experience to train on making good decisions to improve his pulling on leash and reactivity. I would certainly recommend Lauren to any dog owner who is looking to have a patient and knowledgeable trainer work on improving behaviours, growing confidence and working through issues with their pup.

Lauren has a true gift, her calm and caring nature makes every dog gravitate to her. Our dog came from neglect and abuse so he takes a long time to warm up to people. He had an instant love for Lauren! He’s not only excited to see her but he also feels confident and fearless with her. She has taught our young pup to have manors, listen, and to recall. But most importantly he is happy and safe with Lauren. She is his favorite person.

Lauren is wonderful. She is exactly the person we were looking for after our previous walker/trainer moved away. Lauren is fantastic with our two dogs (4yo Beagle/Heeler & 1yo Beagle/Heeler). We really wanted someone who would care as much about our babies as we do, and we absolutely found that with Lauren. Lauren is passionate about what she does and is constantly working to increase her knowledge and skills. Our dogs love her. They know every time she comes they will have fun and work their minds. Lauren has worked with both of our dogs together and individually to focus on each of their needs. Our youngest can still be a little feisty and Lauren has really helped on improving that. Not only does Lauren work with your dogs, but she also takes time after every walk to update you on what was worked on. I find this very helpful as it allows us to continue with the same training at home. She also shares fun photos 😊 I only wish we had found Lauren sooner. She’s been such a positive addition to our pups lives and ours. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

Lucy loves Lauren! She always sends me photos of my dog having the best time with her (sometimes the cat is in the photos too, which I love). Lucy used to be fearful of bigger dogs but thanks to Lauren and Dougie (her dog), she’s now ok with large dogs. Lucy is also learning new useful tricks like “boop” which is great to use when I want to get her attention when we are out and about. I know my dog is safe & happy with Lauren and I would 100% recommend her!

Lauren has been absolutely amazing with our 2yr old English Labrador, Monty. After I injured my knee, Lauren has been helping keep Monty exercised and trained while I’m unable to walk him. Monty adores her and is always excited for his walks (and then happy and tired after!) We’re so very grateful for Lauren and all the help she has given us these past few months, and we’re noticing some lovely positive behaviours in Monty as he matures and learns new things.

We love Tidal Tails! We were looking for a positive reinforcement trainer to work with our young teen pup for a little while before we met Lauren. We were unsure of what that might look like with someone coming into our home. Lauren has exceeded our expectations. She started walking our now 13 month old standard parti poodle in May. She provides one hour enriching dog training walks. Phoenix loved Lauren immediately, sitting and smiling at her. She has a warm calming energy which we think he picked up immediately. Lauren communicates clearly before each walk and is always prompt. She sends detailed updates after and photos. He always looks so happy. She offers variety in her enrichment and really cares about the dogs she works with. We find Lauren's tips very helpful of little things we can incorporate to support our energetic teen pup. We noticed his listening is always sharper after a walk with her. Highly recommend Tidal Tails to anyone who wants to feel their pup is looked after with positive enrichment.

I could not be happier with my experience with Lauren: she took FANTASTIC care of my dog Suki over the long weekend! My pup is a rescue who is very fearful of strangers and I was absolutely amazed by how quickly she bonded to Lauren. Lauren took Suki on lots of outdoor adventures and sent me regular photo updates. I was able to enjoy a wonderful weekend away knowing that Suki was in such great hands. I would absolutely rebook with Lauren and recommend her to anyone, especially to owners with rescue dogs!!

Couldn’t have ask for a better experience! Lauren helped us through the puppy into teenage faze of your GSP Roo. Lauren was knowledgeable, patient, and always knew how to correct any behaviour we faced. We knew we needed help to make sure our puppy was set up for success and it was such a relief to have someone who knew what to work on to build up to our goals. After having tried a group puppy school it was a breath of fresh air to work with Lauren specifically designing training for our pups needs. Laurens knowledge of caring for pups and their health was further appreciated when Roo had some digestive troubles and Lauren could give insight into what could be happening and steps to take. Lauren is an absolute fantastic dog walker! Our labradoodle Maxx is always over the moon to see Lauren.
